Andrew J. Chan is a partner in Tressler’s San Francisco, California office. He focuses his practice on insurance coverage, intellectual property and labor and employment law. Andrew has extensive experience representing individual and corporate clients and is known for his creative, cost-effective solutions to complex matters.

Professional Background

Andrew previously served as a partner for both national and regional litigation firms. He also has experience representing healthcare practices and professionals for a boutique law office, banks and lenders for a national financial services law firm and multinational insurers for a Florida insurance coverage and litigation practice. 

Andrew is a California real estate broker, a certified information privacy professional (CIPP/US), a professional in human resources - California (PHRca) and a registered patent attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
