Christina N. Hoffman is an attorney in Tressler’s General Defense and Litigation Practice Group. She currently handles all phases of litigation from client development to settlement and trial. Christina's vast litigation experience includes matters related to product liability, catastrophic injury, class action lawsuits, environmental law, toxic torts, employment, privacy, property rights disputes, nuisance and habitability, education and disability-related discrimination. She has a depth of experience defending against academic integrity and sexual assault claims in the field of education. She consults both schools and athletes regarding California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) athletic eligibility, and recently successfully handled an NCAA athletic eligibility appeal. Christina frequently provides disability accommodations consulting for a wide range of clients.

Professional Background

Christina managed 40 cases involving consumer and drug products liability, amusement park liability and complex tort class actions in federal and state court. Some of her accomplishments include co-counseling in proposed class action lawsuit J.P. v. College Board et al., assisting with a $16 million settlement of Bloom v. ACT, Inc. and obtaining a $12 million verdict for plaintiffs in a product liability and negligence case.
