Dennis is a partner in the Insurance Services Practice Group with extensive experience in litigating, negotiating, supervising, managing and monitoring attorneys throughout the United States in both federal and state courts for a wide spectrum of coverage, including professional liability, directors’ and officers’ coverage, employment practices and commercial liability. 

Professional Background

Dennis has 30 years of experience representing insurance carriers. Prior to joining Tressler, Dennis was at other law firms counseling insurance carriers, defending clients in insurance coverage disputes, representing insurance company’s insureds in professional liability and employment practices disputes and handling matters related to commercial, business and personal lines.
