Practice Focus

Justin Kaplan is a partner in Tressler's HOA/Condominium & Common Interest Community Association Law practice. Justin’s practice includes representing condominium associations and common interest community associations in a variety of litigation matters and counseling condominium associations and common interest community associations in interpreting governing documents and in pre-litigation disputes. Justin has a strong understanding of the intricacies involved in HOA governance, covenant enforcement, compliance, and dispute resolution. He is committed to providing practical legal advice that promotes harmonious relationships within communities while ensuring compliance with applicable laws.

Justin also has extensive experience litigating complex commercial disputes, personal injury, product liability, professional liability, construction, real estate and government compliance-related matters. In addition, Justin handles a substantial number of administrative proceedings related to municipal code violations and employment-related issues. His breadth of experience includes litigating partnership disputes, breach of contract claims, breach of fiduciary duty lawsuits, business torts, professional liability matters, intellectual property disputes, fraud claims, mass torts in both state-level and federal courts as well as investigating and defending product liability actions across the country.
