Kiera is an associate in the Insurance Practice Group at Tressler LLP. Kiera represents her clients in State and Federal Courts in New York and New Jersey. Her practice areas include insurance coverage analysis and litigation, with a focus in directors and officers liability, financial institutions, professional liability, management liability, commercial general liability and property insurance policies. Kiera represents insurers in litigation and non-litigation matters and advises insurers on complex insurance coverage issues. She is well-versed in drafting coverage letters, pleadings, dispositive motions, discovery documents and settlement agreements. Kiera also represents her clients in depositions and mediations.
Prior to joining Tressler, Kiera was an associate at Fasulo Braverman & DiMaggio, LLP. While in law school, she served as the Executive Productions Editor for Pace Law Review, competed on national trial competition teams, and was on the Moot Court Honor Board. Kiera worked as a student advocate for the Pace Investor Rights Clinic, earning her the Clinical Legal Education Association Outstanding Clinical Student Award. She named a 2020 New York Metro Rising Star by the New York Metro Super Lawyers. Kiera was recently selected by her peers in the 2023 and 2024 editions of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America™.
