Practice Focus

Xander M. Landy is an associate attorney and member of Tressler’s Litigation Practice Group in Chicago. Xander focuses his practice on a wide range of complex civil litigation matters and has a depth of experience in the areas of general liability, including product defense and premise liability defense. He frequently handles trucking and transportation litigation, taking cases from inception to resolution. Xander also has experience defending against civil rights claims in Federal Court.

Professional Background

Prior to joining Tressler, Xander worked at a litigation firm in Chicago handling complex civil litigation matters. He also has experience in correctional healthcare defense and medical liability. Xander has experience in all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, discovery, taking depositions and drafting dispositive motions.

Personal Life

Xander grew up in Palatine, Illinois, a northwest suburb of Chicago. He is an avid sports fan and played almost every sport growing up. In college, Xander played baseball with the Mizzou Club Team and is a St. Louis Cardinals fan.
