Our team of attorneys and technology support staff regularly address and litigate cutting edge legal theories involving the use of the Internet, including defamation, libel, trade disparagement, right of privacy, tortious interference and copyright infringement claims and the related First Amendment implications, involving Internet access providers, on-line service providers and other users. 

Additionally, we litigate disputes involving use of metatags, linking, framing and spamming. We were defense counsel in one of the first cases to decide issues relating to liability of web site hosts and Internet service providers for uploading copyrighted software onto a web site. Our Team also provides counseling in the acquisition and protection of domain names, intellectual property rights, First Amendment rights, defamation and privacy issues in cyberspace.
