Transportation Industry Litigation

Our attorneys have represented common carriers for such claims as: cargo and equipment damage, floor board failure, improper loading, securement and cargo shifting, king pin/fifth wheel failure, landing gear failure, rear and side underride and suspension failure. We have also represented clients in matters dealing with the Federal Employment Labor Act. We have represented our clients in both federal and state courts as well as before administrative agencies. The transportation law department includes attorneys who are members of the Maritime Law Association of the United States.
