We have on behalf of our clients negotiated the acquisition, sale, use, development and maintenance of public property. We have acquired property in lieu of condemnation, and have condemned property and litigated eminent domain matters.

Our attorneys have been involved in preparing development and annexation agreements, recapture agreements, and agreements necessary for a variety of developments. We have worked with employers, developers and property owners on behalf of our local government clients to bring jobs, sales tax and other sources of revenue to our clients through development and incentive agreements.
