Our Business Law practice group provides a full range of general business and corporate legal services, assisting clients – from start-ups to existing entities -- in the implementation and operation of their business ventures. We also assist our clients in complex transactions, business sales and purchases, and mergers, as well as in a wide variety of governance, compliance and licensing issues.

Additionally, our firm has a niche practice focused on representing professional service corporations. This includes representing health care providers, such as physicians, dentists and allied professionals, in their unique operational, contractual and compliance matters.
