National Insurance Law Forum is a public service intended to facilitate discussion and an exchange of ideas and information among insurance industry professionals, risk managers, attorneys, policyholders, students and others with an interest in the development of American insurance law. Shaun McParland Baldwin, a 30+ year insurance coverage veteran, advises and represents insurers in coverage and bad faith litigation. She also provides services such as policy drafting, risk assessment, claims management, and claims training. She has handled disputes throughout the country on a wide range of issues involving general liability, professional liability, product liability, business auto, media, employment liability, aviation, and excess and surplus policies. She is a past chair of the DRI Insurance Law Committee. She is active in the IADC, where she served as chair of the Casualty Insurance Law Committee. Shaun was recently inducted as a fellow of the American College of Insurance Coverage and Extra Contractual Counsel.
