This presentation will cover the nuts and bolts of keeping employment cases moving forward in the new environment. The webinar will include practical strategies, tips, and recent experiences in litigation and pre-litigation venues, from Plaintiff and Defense perspectives. Presenters will discuss the ways different superior courts are handling the crisis, the effect on litigation timing and strategy, planning and conducting effective discovery, law and motion strategies, whether COVID-19 has changed valuation of employment law claims in light of the changed economic environment, and best practices for resolving cases in this new era. There will be a question and answer component and citations to executive orders, local rules, and ccp to support the advice and analysis given.
