Todd is highly experienced in providing insurance coverage counseling and litigation representation to insurance companies. He is particularly skilled in handling third party claims involving advertising injury and product liability, and first party claims under residential and commercial property policies. Many of his cases require the defense of common law and statutory bad faith claims, which Todd litigates in venues around the country. He has also handled appeals in both state and federal courts around the country.

Mary handles complex coverage matters exclusively on behalf of the insurance industry. She is highly experienced in counseling and representing insurers in complex bad faith, asbestos, construction defect, additional insured, personal injury, environmental and primary/excess coverage issues on a nationwide basis. Mary is often brought in by insurers to assess and troubleshoot complex coverage issues in high exposure tort cases and assist them in reaching global settlements.

He has represented insurance companies in litigated coverage matters in federal and state courts throughout the country, including those involving advertising injury, personal injury, bodily injury and property damage. His experience encompasses coverage for environmental risks, toxic torts, asbestos, habitational risks, construction defects, consumer class actions, general coverage and allegations of bad faith. Michael also has experience in first-party property litigation and Section 1983 cases.
