About Daniel R. Formeller
Dan is Chairman of the firm. As a trial lawyer based in the firm’s Chicago office, Dan focuses his practice on business litigation and the resolution of business disputes through mediation and arbitration. Dan handles a wide variety of complex business litigation and counseling, including intellectual property, state and federal securities actions, anti-trust, ERISA, class actions and directors and officers liability matters. He has been lead trial counsel in bench and jury trials in state and federal courts throughout the United States.
About Michael R. Delhagen
Michael is a professional liability insurance coverage attorney whose practice includes directors and officers liability, financial institutions professional indemnity, lawyers professional indemnity, general partnership liability and private equity fund and management liability insurance. Mr. Delhagen has worked as coverage and monitoring counsel for clients in the U.S., Bermuda and London insurance markets for 20 years.
About Sarah Hertz Maisel
Sarah a partner in the Insurance Practice Group and focuses her practice on a wide range of insurance coverage analyses and litigation. She represents insurance companies in complex coverage litigation pending throughout the country in both state and federal courts. These actions involve various coverage lines, including commercial general liability, professional liability, management liability, excess exposures and extracontractual liability. She also has significant experience in defending underlying claims including handling matters through mediation, arbitration and trial.
About Courtney E. Scott
Courtney is a partner in Tressler’s New York office and Chair of the firm’s national Professional Liability Practice Group. Courtney serves as coverage and monitoring counsel to international and domestic insurers in connection with cyber and privacy liability risks, including assessing liability and coverage and counselling clients through breach investigations and the remediation process. Her practice also focuses on management liability and professional indemnity matters involving public and private companies. She also regularly represents insurers in coverage litigation in state and federal courts.
About Kiera Fitzpatrick
Kiera is an associate in the insurance and employment practices at Tressler LLP. She represents her clients in State and Federal Courts in New York and New Jersey. Her practice areas include employment litigation, insurance coverage litigation, professional and management liability, reinsurance and personal injury. She represents insurers in litigation and non-litigation matters and advises insurers on complex insurance coverage issues. She is well-versed in drafting coverage letters, pleadings, dispositive motions, discovery requests/responses, and settlement agreements. Kiera also represents her clients in depositions and mediations.

Jennifer is of counsel in the Professional Liability Practice Group. She joins Tressler LLP with over 7 years of experience in general commercial litigation in federal and state courts, as well as an extensive background in insurance and reinsurance arbitration and litigation. Jennifer represents clients in a wide range of litigation matters, including contract and coverage disputes.
