The Illinois Association of School Business Officials (IASBO) hosts this one-day educational event as part of their Risk Management Academy. This course is specifically designed for school business managers and superintendents. During the event, participants will have the opportunity to learn about property evaluation in insurance coverage and audits, architect (AIA) construction contracts, inspection of facilities for security, building use policies, worker's compensation, fraud prevention and building security practices.

Charles “Chuck” LeMoine is a partner in Tressler's General Defense and Litigation Practice Group. Chuck is known for litigating a wide range of civil matters and is a fierce advocate in the courtroom and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) venues. Beyond the litigation arena, Chuck has served as outside general counsel for medical groups, physician practices and several school and municipal insurance pools. Insurers regularly engage him as a second set of risk management eyes to assigned counsel in serious and catastrophic damages cases.
