In this completely redesigned course, attendees will learn how to be fair and just in their actions affecting their community. Our presenters will cover ethics, fiduciary duty, conflicts of interest, codes of conduct, discrimination, the forming of fair rules & regulations, transparency, democracy and so much more!!

This course is part of the Dedicated Community Association Leader (DCAL) program. This can be taken as part of the collection or as an individual course.

Community Associations Institute of Illinois is dedicated to the education of Community Association Leaders (Board Members & Homeowners). To foster that education and to help these leaders gain recognition in their communities, CAI has developed the DCAL (Dedicated Community Association Leader) Program. This program offers education, in a classroom setting and online, to ensure current and future association leaders have the tools necessary to run their associations.
