The General Aviation Revitalization Act of 1994 (GARA) is turning 30 years old in 2024. This presentation discusses the legal and practical impacts of the law, as well as its practical impact on GA, past, present and future.

Tim concentrates his practice in the areas of aviation, product and general civil litigation.
