KATHRYN FORMELLER
(Bolingbrook) is the lead attorney for the Condominium and Common Interest Community Association Law practice. Her practice includes representing condominium associations and common interest community associations in a variety of areas, including rule enforcement, interpretation of governing documents, review and negotiation of contracts, and collection of assessments. Kat also provides advice to clients on their rights and responsibilities under the Condominium Property Act, Forcible Entry and Detainer Act, General Not for Profit Corporation Act and the Common Interest Community Association Act. Kat also practices in the area of commercial litigation nationwide and counsels clients with respect to a wide variety of business disputes.

LUKE GLISAN (Chicago) focuses on local government law and represents school districts, municipalities, and park districts. He provides counseling and litigation services on issues involving the labor and employment relationship for employers large and small, board policy, and governance issues. Luke’s services include advising on legal issues impacting governments’ strategic planning for land use, including commercial and residential development. Luke also advocates for clients in their relationships with labor unions. Specifically, he recently represented an Illinois public school district in negotiations for a three-year labor agreement that covers approximately 1,800 employees. Luke follows the Tressler model that no one size fits all and adapts to each and every labor issue to provide effective and practical service to each of his clients.

JEANNE KUO RIGGINS 
(Los Angeles) is a partner in the Litigation practice group. She focuses her practice on complex litigation and appellate issues. Jeanne is an experienced litigator who has defended corporate and individual clients in a variety of matters, including intellectual property, business torts, employment (harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, and discrimination), and errors and omissions.  Jeanne also regularly represents insurers as it relates to insurance coverage, coverage litigation, bad faith litigation, contractual disputes and other commercial contract litigation matters. Jeanne handles a wide variety of complex insurance coverage issues and disputes under various policy types and has successfully represented insurers in rescission, contribution, reimbursement, and declaratory relief actions, many of which involved complex additional insured, contractual indemnity and allocation issues.  Jeanne’s practice includes client representation in connection with pre-litigation, litigation, and all levels of appellate proceedings.

RYAN TAYLOR
(Chicago) focuses his practice on commercial litigation including various business torts and professional liability matters. Ryan represents clients in matters involving contract disputes, breach of fiduciary duties, and other business disputes. He assists clients on issues ranging from pre-litigation counseling to preparing cases for trial. Ryan also appears in both federal and state courts daily on behalf of a variety of corporate and municipal clients. Ryan’s representation of clients includes obtaining the dismissal of a corporation in a breach of contract suit and defending the former agent of a professional athlete in proceedings involving claims for breach of fiduciary duty. Ryan recently mediated a federal district court case that resulted in a favorable settlement on behalf of a corporation in a products liability lawsuit. In addition, Ryan has previously represented a former Chief Financial Officer in a lawsuit brought against a Big Four accounting firm and two of its partners that settled on the eve of trial. In 2014, Ryan defended two corporations and its officers in two separate bench and jury trials in Illinois state court involving business tort claims. Ryan also regularly defends a number of corporate clients in premises liability and asbestos bodily injury matters. 

SI-YONG YI
(Chicago) is a partner in the Litigation practice. She concentrates her practice on commercial litigation and resolving business disputes. Her clients include international manufacturers and distributors, non-profit organizations, insurers, local businesses, and individuals. Si-Yong represents her clients in cases involving product liability, toxic tort, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, unfair competition, defamation, employment and intellectual property, including cases involving multi-million dollar claims. Si-Yong represents her clients in all stages of litigation, including pre-litigation counseling, discovery, courtroom advocacy, and preparation of cases for trial. She regularly appears in federal, state, and bankruptcy courts and in mediations and arbitrations on behalf of her clients.
