Law360 Covers Tressler Win for Nova Casualty

Tressler received a win for Nova Casualty in federal court in New Mexico in the case of Taos Ski Valley, Inc. v. Nova Casualty Company. The court granted our motion to dismiss with prejudice on a $1 million-plus environmental contamination claim on the grounds that the owned property exclusion in our policies barred coverage.
