Tressler Litigator Linda Bondi Morrison Selected as a Regional Editor for the DRI Excess and Umbrella Compendium

AUGUST 10, 2011 (Orange County). Linda Bondi Morrison has been selected to be the Regional Editor for the DRI Excess and Umbrella Compendium that is currently being prepared.

She will be the editor for Region 1, consisting of California, Washington, Oregon, Arizona, Nevada, Alaska and Hawaii. The Compendium will be a comprehensive 50-state compilation of key principles relating to numerous topics pertaining to excess and umbrella insurance coverage. The target publish date is January 2012.

Linda Bondi Morrison concentrates her practice in the areas of civil litigation, alternative dispute resolution and insurance counseling, with an emphasis on complex insurance litigation. Her insurance practice has included coverage matters involving asbestos, environmental, toxic torts, construction defects, errors and omissions, advertising injury and bad faith. She is also familiar with issues involving directors’ and officers’ liability. She has represented clients as trial counsel in a number of significant complex matters in California and across the country.
