Attorney Katerina Tsoukalas-Heitkemper Joins Tressler’s Condo and HOA Law Practice Group
Katerina (Kathy) Tsoukalas-Heitkemper, an experienced lawyer, has joined the Tressler LLP Condominium and Homeowners Association practice as a partner in the Tressler Bolingbrook office. Kathy has over ten years of experience representing Condominium and Homeowners Associations, as well as participating in all aspects of civil litigation.
Her practice includes extensive experience and deep knowledge of all areas of civil litigation, collections, bankruptcy and foreclosures, including a deep knowledge of those laws pertaining to condominiums and common interest community associations.

Prior to joining Tressler, Kathy represented clients in residential and commercial real estate transactions; Ch. 7 and Ch. 13 debtors and secured creditors in bankruptcy and adversary proceedings; along with representation of various industry company clients on merger and acquisitions. Moreover, she has expertise in drafting, revising and translating corporate documents, including buy-sell and asset purchase agreements.
Kathy earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in criminal justice from the University of Illinois at Chicago, IL, Master of Science in Accounting at Roosevelt University, Schaumburg, IL and Juris Doctor from Texas A&M University School of Law, Ft. Worth, TX.
