Patrick Stufflebeam Elected to the IDC Board of Directors

Tressler attorney Patrick Stufflebeam has been elected to the 2019 Illinois Association of Defense Trial Counsel (IDC) Board of Directors.

“The IDC provides one of the best sources of legal information for lawyers, and it is my goal to continue that legacy through the honor of serving on the IDC’s Board of Directors,” said Patrick Stufflebeam.

Patrick is a partner in the St. Louis Metro Area office of Tressler LLP. He concentrates his practice on the defense of civil litigation including toxic tort (asbestos, talc and benzene), premises liability, product liability, commercial litigation, and insurance coverage issues. He also counsels clients and attorneys regarding cybersecurity and the use of technology in the law. Patrick has represented individuals, family-owned businesses and farms and some of our country’s largest corporations. 

He has led every aspect of litigation in some of the most challenging jurisdictions such as the City of St. Louis, Missouri; Madison County, Illinois; St. Clair County, Illinois and Cook County, Illinois. He has managed numerous clients’ asbestos and talc litigation from the development of creative alternative fee agreements to trial preparation and resolution. He has overseen multi-million-page document coding and production projects through the use of eDiscovery tools. He has identified, prepared and defended numerous corporate representative depositions.
