Dominic M. Pisani Joins Tressler’s Insurance Group in New York
New York, NY, September 10, 2019 – Tressler LLP is proud to welcome Dominic M. Pisani as a new partner in our New York office.
He has nearly 30 years of experience acting as coverage and litigation counsel in complex insurance coverage disputes and bad faith litigation involving directors and officers, financial institution, casualty, construction, environmental, intellectual property, media and cyber liability claims. He has successfully litigated declaratory judgment actions in state and federal courts throughout the United States and has participated in numerous alternative dispute resolution mediations and arbitrations before the AAA, JAMS and NAM.
