Deborah Collins Joins Tressler’s New York Professional Liability Practice Group

New York, NY, September 17, 2019 – Tressler LLP is pleased to welcome Deborah M. Collins as Senior Counsel in Tressler's Professional Liability Practice Group.

Deborah serves as counsel for professional liability insurance carriers for matters involving directors and officers liability, financial institutions professional liability, lawyers professional liability and other professional errors and omissions liability insurance. She has extensive experience managing complex insurance claims arising out of shareholder class and derivative litigation, mergers and acquisitions, corporate bankruptcies, insurance company failures and various professional malpractice matters.

Deborah has practiced in New York for more than 28 years. She has a depth of experience representing management and professional liability insurance carriers. Her cases have included some of the most significant corporate scandals and financial frauds over the past 20 years.
