The health and safety of our teammates, clients, colleagues and their loved ones is our top priority. Like many firms across the country, our physical offices will be closed beginning today. We are confident and comfortable taking this step, as we have a robust Business Continuity Plan already in place. This plan addresses all facets of communication, technology, security and employee health, including:

Remote Work: Ready and Secure

• Our teams have shifted to working remotely using our highly secure technological infrastructure. All remote devices are protected by the same safeguards as our in-office technology, including dual-factor authentication. Approved parties are able to access files and client materials securely from anywhere and at any time. As always, our data is managed, protected and consistently backed up, providing stable business continuity in all circumstances.
• We have the latest communication software so that you can easily reach your attorney using their same phone number, ensuring seamless client service. We recognize that many clients have also shifted to working remotely, so please feel free to reach out to your attorney(s) and let them know how you prefer to be contacted.

Health and Wellness: Protecting Our People

• In order to protect what we proudly call our “Tressler Family,” we have implemented clear guidelines that prioritize the health of our employees. All in-person events, including Tressler Talks seminars, have been postponed or turned into webinars. Domestic and international travel has been restricted. We have transitioned all in-person meetings to digital conferencing in order to maintain social distancing and support self-quarantine initiatives as advised by the CDC and WHO.
• Due to this dynamic situation, our dedicated Executive Committee and management team are regularly reviewing guidelines in order to best protect the health and safety of the Tressler Family and our clients.
