Priya Sunkara Joins Tressler's Litigation Practice Group
Chicago, IL, October 19, 2020 - We are excited to welcome Priya Sunkara as an associate in our Chicago Office. Priya brings her varied experience in law, science, healthcare and research to the Tressler Litigation Practice Group. She focuses her practice on defense of corporate clients in complex litigation, environmental and toxic tort and product liability matters on both a local and national level.
Prior to joining Tressler, Priya worked as an attorney on behalf of several Fortune 100 companies, the Innocence Project of Minnesota and the New York State Clemency Project.
Priya has represented her clients at depositions, analyzed complex IP matters and is well-versed in drafting pleadings, dispositive motions and discovery requests/responses. She has performed extensive document review using e-discovery software for MDL opioid litigation and has developed content for trainings, presentations, conferences, technical expert panels and national meetings. Priya has also published research findings in peer- reviewed journals.
