Samantha Rothman Joins Tressler's Insurance Practice Group
Chicago, IL, January 20, 2021 - We are proud to welcome Samantha Rothman as an associate in Tressler's Chicago office. Samantha focuses her practice in the areas of insurance coverage analysis and litigation. She has prepared coverage opinions and position letter for insurers and handles a wide variety of issues involving general liability and first party property policies. Samantha also has significant litigation experience and participates in all facets of discovery and trial preparation.
Samantha worked as a law clerk with Tressler throughout law school. While clerking, she participated in depositions, drafted pleadings and orchestrated CLE presentations for the firm. Additionally, Samantha had the opportunity to work with attorneys from all the Tressler offices and across multiple practice groups.

While studying law, she served as the Executive Editor of the Michigan State International Law Review. She was also admitted to a rigorous two-year trial practicum program, where she earned her Certificate in Litigation. In her final year of law school, she received the prestigious Dobrusin Law Scholarship, which is awarded annually to a law student who exhibits a strong academic career and initiative to empower women in the legal space.
