Samantha Shafer Joins Tressler's Insurance Practice Group
Orange County, CA, October 13, 2021 - Tressler is proud to welcome Samantha Shafer as an associate in our Insurance Practice Group. Samantha has experience in a variety of insurance coverage matters including construction defect coverage litigation, bad faith and extra contractual liability litigation and coverage claims involving a variety of tort issues. Samantha’s work includes evaluation and analysis of insurance coverage issues, risk assessment for insurance carriers, preparation of coverage opinions and position letters and handling insurance coverage litigation and ADR. Samantha has obtained favorable results for her clients in handling settlement of various insurance coverage disputes.

Prior to joining Tressler, Samantha was an associate at an insurance coverage firm where she represented insurance carriers in both transactional and litigation matters. While in law school, Samantha was a member of the University of San Diego School of Law’s Appellate Moot Court Associate Board.
Samantha received her B.A. from University of California, Santa Barbara and received her J.D. from University of San Diego.
