Kaitlyn Forbes Joins Tressler's Insurance Practice Group
Orange County, CA, December 14, 2021 - Tressler is pleased to welcome Kaitlyn Forbes as an associate in our Orange County office. Kaitlyn's practice focuses on coverage work and civil litigation. She has experience in a wide range of insurance coverage matters including insurance defense litigation, construction defect coverage litigation, bad faith and extracontractual liability litigation and coverage claims. Kaitlyn’s work includes evaluation and analysis of insurance coverage issues, preparation of coverage opinions and position letters, risk assessment on behalf of insurance carriers and handling all aspects of insurance coverage litigation in state and federal courts. Kaitlyn has obtained favorable results for her clients through settlement of complex multi-party coverage disputes.

Prior to joining Tressler, Kaitlyn was an associate at an insurance coverage firm where she represented insurance carriers in various insurance matters involving construction defect, wrongful death and sexual abuse claims. While in law school, Kaitlyn was a member of the San Diego Law Review.
Kaitlyn received her B.A. in Political Science and B.A in Biopsychology, Cognition, and Neuroscience from The University of Michigan and received her J.D. from University of San Diego School of Law.
