Kathryn is a partner and Co-Chair of the HOA/Condominium & Common Interest Community Association Law practice. Her practice includes representing condominium associations and common interest community associations in a variety of areas, including rule enforcement, interpretation of governing documents, review and negotiation of contracts, and collection of assessments. Kat also provides advice to clients on their rights and responsibilities under the Condominium Property Act, Forcible Entry and Detainer Act, General Not for Profit Corporation Act and the Common Interest Community Association Act.

Kathy is a partner and Co-Chair of the HOA/Condominium & Common Interest Community Association Law practice. Her practice includes extensive experience and deep knowledge of all areas of civil litigation, collections, bankruptcy and foreclosures, including a deep knowledge of those laws pertaining to condominiums and common interest community associations. She has expertise in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate transactions (eviction actions; sales and purchases and litigation); drafting/revising/translating corporate documents; extensive knowledge of both creditor and bankruptcy proceedings; and legal representation of not-for-profit and for-profit corporations.

Danita is Co-Chair of Tressler's Insurance Practice Group. She also practices with the Litigation Defense Practice Group.  Danita represents insurers in matters regarding first party property residential and commercial disputes, commercial general liability coverage, professional liability coverage, liquor liability coverage and employment practices liability coverage, among others. She advises insurers regarding a broad range of matters involving state and federal law throughout the country. She regularly appears in court on both routine and contested matters, participates in oral argument and conducts all facets of discovery and trial preparation. She has many favorable outcomes through dispositive motion practice in cases involving coverage and liability issues. Danita also has experience in alternative dispute resolution, having represented clients in settlement conferences and at mediations and arbitrations. Additionally, she has experience defending policyholders in suits alleging a wide range of claims, including but not limited to, premises liability, general negligence, vicarious liability, wrongful acts, contractual disputes, business torts, wrongful employment practices and wrongful acts and intentional conduct.

Jennifer is a partner and Co-Chair of the Litigation and Transportation Practice Group. Her practice includes insurance coverage and defense as well as non-insurance advisory matters. Jennifer’s insurance coverage experience includes insurance coverage analysis and insurance litigation involving commercial general liability, aviation operations, personal and advertising injury, construction defects, environmental coverage and professional lines. Jennifer’s defense litigation experience involves a wide range of matters including the defense of wrongful death, personal injury and property damage claims arising out of premises, aviation accidents, airport operations, motor vehicle accidents and products liability.

Bicvan is a partner and Chair of Tressler's Labor & Employment Practice Group. She focuses her practice in all aspects of employment matters, including employment trials, arbitrations and mediations. She defends employers while providing advice and counsel against claims such as wage and hour (individual and class actions), PAGA, wrongful termination, sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation and whistleblowing. She defends employers before state and federal agencies such as the EEOC, NLRB, California Labor Commission and California Department of Fair Employment and Housing. She is fluent in Vietnamese and Spanish and she provides advice about as well as translates workplace policies, employee handbooks and agreements. She regularly speaks at seminars, including sexual harassment prevention training conducted in Vietnamese, with the purpose of helping employers and their insurers regarding best practices to minimize risk in California.

Courtney is Chair of Tressler's Professional Liability Practice Group. She focuses her practice on directors and officers liability and professional indemnity claims. Courtney is recognized for her work analyzing claims and coverage for leading insurers and professionals. She has handled and provided analysis of claims related to subprime lending for major financial institutions, and she has regularly dealt with matters involving acts of directors and officers, alleged malpractice or neglect of architects and engineers, the professional conduct of lawyers and law firms and various contingency coverages. Courtney also regularly represents insurers in coverage litigation in state and federal courts.
