Melissa Marquez Joins Tressler's General Defense and Litigation Group
Los Angeles, CA, April 20, 2022 - Tressler LLP is proud to welcome Melissa Marquez as an associate in the General Defense and Litigation Practice Group. Melissa focuses her practice on representing insurance companies in complex litigation and coverage matters. Melissa has experience in all phases of pre-trial litigation, including drafting pleadings, discovery, taking depositions, witness preparation and oral argument.

Prior to joining Tressler, Melissa worked as a litigation associate where she represented insurance companies in an array of insurance coverage matters, including motor vehicle liability, product liability and healthcare fraud.
Melissa has also assisted insurance companies in fraud investigation claims. In 2021, Melissa participated in the successful prosecution of a qui tam lawsuit that resulted in securing a multi-million-dollar judgment on behalf of an insurance company and the State of California. Melissa received her B.A. from Suffolk University and her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School with Pro Bono Graduation Honors.
