Kristin Webb Joins Tressler's Labor & Employment Practice Group

Orange County, CA, May 12, 2022 -  Tressler is pleased to welcome Kristin Webb as senior counsel in the Orange County office. Kristin focuses her practice on defending employers and providing advice and counsel against claims, including wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, breach of contract and privacy.

Kristin’s previous experience gives her a valuable perspective when supporting and advocating for employers and businesses. She joined Tressler with more than seven years of employment law practice on the Plaintiff’s side. As an attorney representing employees, she aggressively managed an independent caseload and built up extensive experience litigating in state and federal courts on a variety of employment claims.

She is also active in the legal community. Kristin is a long-time member of the Executive Committee to the Orange County Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Section and is the 2022 Chair Elect and will be the Chair in 2023. Kristin is a sought-after speaker on employment law issues and taught Legal Writing as an Adjunct Professor at her alma mater, Santa Clara University, School of Law.
