Joshua D. Mountain Promoted to Partner in Tressler's Insurance Practice Group
Orange County, California, January 19, 2023 – Tressler is pleased to announce that attorney Joshua D. Mountain has been promoted to partner. Josh joined Tressler's Orange County office as an associate in 2018 and is a member of our award-winning Insurance Practice Group.

Josh focuses his practice on representing insurance companies in complex litigation and coverage matters. He has obtained favorable results in a wide variety of cases involving general negligence, wrongful death and premises liability.

Before joining Tressler, Joshua was an associate at a law firm in Long Beach. He has successfully handled cases involving motor vehicle liability, premises liability, wrongful death, product liability, construction defect and commercial litigation.
