Rosa Tumialán is an award-winning defense attorney with 20 years of litigation experience. She is a partner in Tressler LLP's Chicago office and a member of the firm's national Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee. Rosa and her team are known for successfully defending large companies across a wide range of topics, including commercial litigation, insurance coverage and defense, employment law, privacy/cyberliability, and management liability. She is an accomplished class action defense and appellate lawyer, having appeared and argued in both state and federal courts nationwide. Rosa was recently honored as a 2023 “Best Lawyer in America©” for Insurance Law.
