Honoring Black History Month with Companywide DEI Leadership Training from CultureAlly
Tressler LLP, a leading law firm committed to excellence and diversity, honored Black History Month with a companywide Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) training, co-hosted by CultureAlly. The DEI webinar training focused on fostering a more inclusive workplace culture for all generations and empowering employees to become “Difference Makers” while promoting inclusivity.
The popular leadership training featured industry experts and facilitators Diana Montero and Danielle Strang. The speakers offered insights, best practices and practical solutions to address unconscious bias, promote equitable practices and enhance cultural competency. Tressler's large audience participated in interactive discussions and gained actionable takeaways designed to drive meaningful change within the workplace. Participants walked away equipped with the knowledge, tools and strategies necessary to cultivate a culture of inclusivity and embrace the diverse perspectives within the organization.

Tambra Bullock is secretary of Tressler's national Diversity Equity & Inclusion Committee. She is the Marketing Coordinator on Tressler’s Marketing Team in our Chicago office. In addition to content creation and data analysis for Tressler, Tambra does freelance work as an actress, dancer, and visual director in the Chicagoland area.
