About Daniel R. Formeller

Daniel R. Formeller is Chairman of the firm. As a trial lawyer based in the firm’s Chicago office, Dan focuses his practice on business litigation and the resolution of business disputes through mediation and arbitration. Dan handles a wide variety of complex business litigation and counseling, including intellectual property, state and federal securities actions, anti-trust, ERISA, class actions and directors and officers liability matters. He has been lead trial counsel in bench and jury trials in state and federal courts throughout the United States.
About Jennifer L. Smith
Jennifer L. Smith is a partner in the Litigation Practice Group. In her two decades of representing clients in state and federal courtrooms, she has been engaged to litigate a wide range of disputes including complex business litigation, the defense of professionals and executives, wrongful death actions and aviation accidents. Her representation has included the defense of class actions and parties in multidistrict (MDL) toxic tort litigation. Jenny is a member of the Trial Bar for the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
About Kathryn A. Formeller
Kathryn A. Formeller is a partner and Co-Chair of the Condominium & Common Interest Community Association Law practice. Her practice includes representing condominium associations and common interest community associations in a variety of areas, including rule enforcement, interpretation of governing documents, review and negotiation of contracts, and collection of assessments. Kat also practices in the areas of insurance coverage analysis and litigation. Her insurance coverage and litigation practice primarily focuses on directors and officers liability, EPL, professional liability and fiduciary liability matters.
About Courtney E. Scott
Courtney E. Scott is a partner in Tressler’s New York office and Chair of the firm’s national Professional Liability Practice Group. Courtney serves as coverage and monitoring counsel to international and domestic insurers in connection with cyber and privacy liability risks, including assessing liability and coverage and counselling clients through breach investigations and the remediation process. Her practice also focuses on management liability and professional indemnity matters involving public and private companies. Courtney also regularly represents insurers in coverage litigation in state and federal courts.
About Jennifer L. Zaluski
Jennifer L. Zaluski is Of Counsel in Tressler's New York office. Jennifer has over 7 years of experience in general commercial litigation in federal and state courts, as well as an extensive background in insurance and reinsurance arbitration and litigation. She represents clients in a wide range of litigation matters, including contract and coverage disputes. Jennifer also focuses her practice on eDiscovery issues and has helped develop cost-effective solutions for large eDiscovery matters.
