Tressler’s Corey E. Krueger is Victorious in Dismissal of Federal Action
We are proud to announce that Tressler attorney Corey E. Krueger successfully removed a case to Federal court and then moved to dismiss the case due to lack of personal jurisdiction. Our client, a credentialing organization, was sued in California State court for claims involving alleged improper denial of certification. In a recent ruling, the Eastern District of California agreed and dismissed the action due to lack of personal jurisdiction. Corey did a fantastic job defending our client and getting excellent results in a timely, cost-effective manner.
