Jocelyn M. Soriano Joins Tressler's Litigation Practice Group
Tressler is excited to welcome Jocelyn M. Soriano as senior counsel to Tressler's Litigation Practice Group in our San Francisco, CA office. Jocelyn's trial practice has included managing litigation of mass and complex environmental and toxic tort cases, product and premise liability claims and construction claims. Additionally, Jocelyn has represented clients in employment class action claims, prior to and after, the class certification process in state and federal court. She has also defended clients in professional liability claims, contract disputes and real estate (habitability) disputes.
“I am thrilled to join this dynamic team and be a part of Tressler’s expansion in Northern California,” said Jocelyn M. Soriano.
Over the course of her career, Jocelyn has defended and counseled clients on risk mitigation strategies, policies and procedures. She has conducted all phases of litigation, including jury trials, motion practice, discovery, and evaluated and prepared liability and damage analysis in high-exposure cases, while working collaboratively with coordinated teams.
Jocelyn is deeply committed to diversity in the legal profession and has developed programs to promote and embrace diversity in the workplace. She is also committed to creating an environment where women can grow professionally, develop successful careers and flourish as leaders within the firm and in our communities.
Jocelyn earned her B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley and her J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law.
