We are proud to announce that Tressler attorney Kiera Fitzpatrick has been selected to the 2021 New York Metro Rising Stars list for Insurance Coverage.
Today, July 26, 2021, marks Tressler's 35th anniversary. Tressler, Soderstrom, Maloney & Priess was founded in 1986 in Chicago, Illinois by a small group of driven, experienced attorneys focused on providing superior litigation and insurance legal services.
It has been a busy and exciting year so far. Tressler continues to grow with the addition of nine experienced attorneys in four different offices. Meet our newest attorneys below!
On June 11, 2021, Tressler secured dismissal of a lawsuit seeking COVID-19-related losses under first party business income and civil authority coverage. The case, Image Dental v. Citizens Insurance Company of America, 20-cv-02759, was brought by a collection of Illinois dental offices for losses sustained during the COVID-19 pandemic.
On May 20, 2021, President Joe Biden signed into law S. 937 COVID-19 Hate Crimes Act to combat the ongoing rise in violence and hate-motivated crimes against the Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders (“AAPI”) community during the COVID-19 pandemic.
We are pleased to welcome Sarah Elizabeth Melendez as a new associate in Tressler’s HOA/Condominium & Common Interest Community Association Law practice.
